Smiling At My Dreams

What if there was a Festival where children could come together and realise their dreams and aspirations through Art and Animation?

But not just any creative work: it would be from the Spring of Hope and beauty. There needs to be a shift back to positive, traditional values. If entertainment can focus on this again then this would be wonderful.

This idea did not flow through me. To be honest, I have allowed present circumstances to get me bogged down.

So the phone rings this morning and I hear my sister's chirpy voice giving me this suggestion; the rest is growing on me...

I think there is always an open window/door open somewhere. We ourselves are those doors. If one person is closed up, then a loved one, or even stranger close by can be used as a vessel/a messenger to reach out to us.

So here is my challenge (deep breath):

In July July 2010 The first Art and Animation Festival of Hope for children shall be launched! That sounds good!

Hope is like an elusive Unicorn. Some people don't want to believe in her, others do but are afraid they will be laughed at...

I'm going to hold on to Hope again and fly with her!

By the way, did I mention that a friend gave me a miniature Unicorn for Xmas? Mere coincidence...?
